That was quick! Just weeks into Jennifer Lopez's relationship with Alex Rodriguez, her new boyfriend is already meeting the parents.
The trio was spotted strolling through NYC on Sunday, and it looks like J.Lo's mother Guadalupe Rodríguez has given the Yankees slugger her seal of approval.

Wearing matching coats and aviators, Alex, 41, could not keep his eyes off Jennifer, 47, as they headed to lunch with his possible future mother-in-law.

This outing comes just days after Jennifer spent the day with Alex's sister and the former MLB star confirmed his relationship with the "I'm Real" singer on national television.
"It's obvious — we've been having a great time," he told The View co-hosts. "She's a New Yorker, she's from the Bronx — and a big Yankee fan. But we're having a great time, she's an amazing, amazing girl — one of the smartest human beings I've ever met, and also an incredible mother."

He continued, "And she just likes simple things, she's a very, very simple person — loves family, is a great sister, is a great daughter."
The couple, already dubbed J-Rod, also shared a sexy selfie on social media shortly after dating rumors surfaced, but quickly deleted the snap.

However, fans were quick to take a screenshot and congratulate the Latin superstars on their blossoming relationship.
"Better treat J.Lo right," one follower wrote before another added, "About time J.Lo dates a man and not a boy. Love you two together!"

Only time will tell if Alex, who is a dad to daughters, Natasha, 12, and Ella, 8, will meet J.Lo's nine-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
