Jennifer Lopez Can’t Wait to Be “One, Big Happy Family” With A-Rod — Even Though She’s Still Texting Ex Casper Smart (EXCLUSIVE)
She luhs her papi — and his kids!
An insider tells Life & Style exclusively that Jennifer Lopez — who recently accepted a proposal from Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez during a romantic trip to Paris — can’t wait to merge her family with the retired baseball player’s once they tie the knot.

Since the genetically blessed pair started dating earlier this year, Jennifer’s nine-year-old twins, Max and Emme (whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony), have become fast friends with A-Rod’s two girls, Natasha, 12, and Ella, 9, from his marriage to ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis.

“J.Lo can’t wait for them all to be one big, happy family,” the insider says. “This is a real dream come true for her.”
Although she’s looking forward to a future with the MLB legend, Jenny From the Block is still communicating with her ex-boyfriend Casper Smart.
According to In Touch, the “Waiting for Tonight” songstress still texts the backup dancer and choreographer quite often. “Jennifer and Casper talk about life and love,” a source tells the magazine. “They also talk about her twins. The kids love Casper and see him as a stepfather, and Casper loves them, too.”

Though J.Lo’s intentions seem innocent, the source tells In Touch that Casper, 30, is optimistic that he will eventually win the pop diva back.

“Casper’s hoping that if he continues to talk to her and support her, that his efforts will one day bring them back together,” the insider adds. “He’ll never get over J.Lo.”
Back in February, Jennifer only had sweet things to say about Casper — whom she affectionately called “Beau” throughout their years-long, on-and-off romance — during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“I dated Beau and he was younger and that was the first guy ever dating younger than me and then I got labeled right away,” the Shades of Blue actress said at the time, acknowledging her reputation for dating younger men. “If they’re older, they’re older. If they’re younger, they’re younger. It doesn’t matter. It’s whether or not I’m attracted to them or not, attracted to their spirit, their soul, whatever their energy is.”
