Trouble in Paradise?Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich Are in No Hurry to Get Married
Well, someone is dragging her feet before walking down the aisle!
Julianne Hough got engaged to her handsome hockey player beau Brooks Laich almost a year ago. But the former Dancing With the Stars pro admitted that the couple haven’t even started planning their wedding!
“We’re not great planners. We don’t even have a date yet,” the 27-year-old star recently told Refinery29. “We’re really just enjoying our engagement period because we’re never going to be here again.”
They certainly look happy enough. Brooks, 32, recently posted a fun pic of the pair on a NYC trip, captioning it, “New York groove… just love this girl!”

Julianne says that she and Brooks just want to savor the moment for a while and not rush things.
“Even when we were dating, we were like, ‘Let’s just be boyfriend and girlfriend,'” she said. “And now that we’re engaged, it’s ‘let’s just be fiancés.’ When we get married, we’ll be husband and wife. And then, we’ll be mom and dad. We just want to enjoy each stage of our relationship.”
