Julianne Moore is an Emmy-winner, a multiple Oscar nominee, and has the skin of a woman half her age. So how does she do it?
The 52-year-old actress opens up to Health magazine about how she stays fit and how she instills healthy body image in her young daughter.
"I do Ashtanga yoga three times a week, and I run a couple of times a week, too," the redheaded actress says about how she gets in shape. "I really like yoga; I enjoy the actual doing of it, so it doesnt feel like the agony of the gym felt like to me."

The Carrie star also depends on Eastern medicine to keep her balanced.
"I also had a period after my mother died where I couldn’t sleep. I mean, I was just in shock for the longest time and didn’t sleep for, like, a year. I was just a wreck. And I had some really intense acupuncture treatments, and it kind of reset my nervous system. So I think it’s very helpful."
The famously pale star, who has appeared in campaigns for Bulgari and L'Oreal, also thanks her mom for instilling good sun habits. Now that she's a mom herself (of 15-year-old Caleb and 11-year-old Liv), she tries to focus on health around the home.
