Strolling with girlfriend Selena Gomez, 19, near Surfrider Beach in Malibu on July 16, Justin heard his song "One Less Lonely Girl" blaring from a wedding reception and thought it would be fun to surprise the newlyweds, Rob and Jeanine McCool.

"We heard a party, so we decided to just come -- so let's party," enthuses Justin, who took to the mike to congratulate the happy couple. "The chances are one in a million," gushes the groom, who reveals that his bride's 15-year-old cousin, Paige, was responsible for playing the Bieber tune. "It was surreal."
While some newlyweds might resent the pint-size singer, 17, popping in, the McCools welcomed his visit. "He didn't steal the bride's thunder at all," Rob tells Life & Style. "I just hope he and Selena got a slice of wedding cake on the way out." And while he's now a true Belieber, there is only so far this new fan will go. "We're definitely not naming our first child Justin," Rob laughs.
The groom also jokes that Justin can send him a wedding present, but says that having the teen sensation there was the best gift of all. "I would love to give Justin my registry information in case he wants to send us a nice present!" Rob tells Life & Style. "We got good wedding presents, but Justin was the icing on the cake."
