He was nominated for two Grammys in 2011, but 2013 is not going to be Justin Bieber’s year at the coveted music awards ceremony.
Though his album Believe, which was released on June 15, has sold over 1 million copies and has been certified platinum, he was not given one single nod this time around.
One person who’s not taking lightly to the news? His manager Scooter Braun.
After congratulating "Call Me Maybe" singer Carly Rae Jepsen for her two nominations for Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance, Scooter went on to share his feelings about Justin being snubbed — directing his tweets at the Grammys.
“This time there wont be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain DISAGREE. The kid deserved it. Grammy board u blew it on this one,” he says.

“The hardest thing to do is transition, keep the train moving. the kid delivered. Huge successful album, sold out tour, and won people over,” he continues. “This time he deserved to be recognized and I don’t really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision I don’t agree with. So to all those nominated…you do deserve it. You worked hard and u earned it. Just feel like so did JB.”
And Beliebers aren't happy about it, either.
"It doesn't make sense to me. 2 years ago, Justin was nominated for 2 grammys. He's bigger now and he's not even nominated for any," one fan wrote.
"Dear Grammys, for not nominating Justin after all his hard work, 31 Million Beliebers are coming after you. You better run, quick," another one tweeted.
Other nominees include Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, and Florence + The Machine. Kelly, Florence, Pink and Maroon 5 are nominated for Best Pop Album, while Taylor, fun., The Black Keys, Frank Ocean and Gotye will fight for Record of the Year.
Frank, Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, Mumford & Sons, Kanye West, Jay-Z and fun. have all tied for the most nods with six a piece.
But the Biebs is not alone. Nicki Minaj, who had a huge year with her smash hit “Starships,” was also noticeably left out.
