Fallon and Timberlake rapped to a list of 23 songs that included Run DMC's Beats to the Rhyme, Tone Loc's Wild Thing, Kris Kross' Jump, Ludacris' Move B--ch and Drake's Started From the Bottom.
The TKO singer, who performed at Madison Square Garden Thursday and Friday, was the last guest for the first week of Fallon's switch to The Tonight Show.
Other stars that made an appearance throughout the week included Will Smith, Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper and First Lady Michelle Obama.
