Kim was left shaken when she was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room on Oct. 2. The thieves tied her up and left her in the bathroom while they made off with millions in jewelry, one of them being her $4.9 million Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring.

When Kanye West had a mental breakdown, igniting divorce rumors.
After multiple instances of erratic behavior, Kanye West was hospitalized in November for exhaustion. While Kim flew to LA to be with her husband, InTouch Weekly reported that Kris was encouraging her daughter to leave him.
His behavior definitely added additional stress to an already strenuous year for the family.

When it was revealed that Kim and Kanye spent $8 million on renovating their mansion — and it's still not finished.
Purchased for $20 million in 2014, Kim and Kanye have spent more than $8 million in renovations on their home. The reason construction has taken so long? According to TMZ, Kanye couldn't make up his mind about certain design choices.

When Kim was ambushed by a guy trying to kiss her butt.
Internet prankster Vitalii Sediuk assaulted Kim on Sept. 28 before being tackled by Kim's security team. "My security @PascalDuvier is a G," she tweeted shortly afterward.

When the Kardashians were sued by their beauty line, Kardashian Beauty.
Kim, Khloé and Kourtney were hit with a lawsuit in March that claimed the sisters were breaking their contracts by not promoting the brand on their social media accounts. The lawsuit is asking for $200 million from the sisters.

When the Kardashians' boutique store, DASH, was firebombed by an arsonist.
In July, an arsonist threw a "lit object" through the front window of their West Hollywood store. The object broke the front window, but did not do significant damage to the interior of the store, thankfully.

When Kendall Jenner revealed she suffers from a debilitating illness.
On an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kendall confessed to having sleep paralysis, a sleep condition that paralyzes the body even after you wake up. “I’m, like, scared," Kendall said on the show. "It almost feels like my heart stops.”

When both Kris and Kendall experienced scary run-ins with stalkers.
In February, Kris revealed a stalker broke into her house in broad daylight, and in August, Kendall called 911 on a man she found loitering outside her Beverly Hills home. “I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out," Kendall later testified in court in October. "I didn’t know what his intentions were. I was freaking out.”

When Kanye's ex-girlfriend Amber Rose revealed that he likes a little "booty" action.
Kanye, the honorary Kardashian, was left embarrassed in January when his ex wrote this shocking tweet, "Aww @kanyewest are you mad I'm around to play in ur a–hole anymore? #FingersInTheBootyA–B—h."
Kanye responded by tweeting, "Exes can be mad but just know I never let them play with my a–."

This year, the show had a massive drop in ratings, which has started to worry E! execs, according to Page Six.

Although Caitlyn Jenner started her show with hopes of being a voice for the transgender community, after only two seasons, E! canned it, releasing a statement that said both E! and Caitlyn had mutually decided not to move forward with the show.

In October, Kris had a frightening collision that left her car totaled. Daughters Khloé and Kylie rushed to the scene to be by their mother's side. "She’s okay!” Kylie tweeted later. “It was just my mom. My mom's cars. I rushed to the scene to be by her side because she was alone.”
