Kate Hudson and mom Goldie Hawn are funny, gorgeous, talented, and stylish, but above all else, they are without question Hollywood's zaniest ladies.
So, it should not come as a huge surprise that Kate decided to casually mention recently that she and her mom see the occasional dead person.
Well, feel them to be more precise.
Appearing on Alan Carr's Chatty Man Show over in England with Zach Braff to promote their film Wish I Was Here, Kate just happened to bring up that time she saw "a ghost of a woman with no face."
Once Kate realized this is not in fact a common occurrence for really anyone else in the whole entire world, she set about explaining her gift.
"It is not really seeing, it is feeling a spirit," the Almost Famous star clarified.
"A fifth energy. I believe in energy. I believe our brains can manifest into visual things."
Of course, with great power comes great responsibility, and there is a responsibility Kate and Goldie have whenever they see, or rather feel, one of their pals from the netherworld.
"When you see something, you are supposed to tell the energy what year it is and that they don't belong there," she explained.
And now next time any of us see a faceless female ghost we will know exactly what to do.
Right after we stop screaming.
