Kate Middleton is longing for the good old days. The Duchess of Cambridge and her husband Prince William enjoyed a day out when the two visited the Towers Residential Outdoor Education Centre in North Wales and rappelled down the side of a mountain.
The mom-of-two reminisced about the time she spent in the area, and chatted about her love for the town.
"I love it here,” the 33-year-old mom to George and Charlotte told an employee, according to Us Weekly. “I really miss being here, being outside, and in the mountains."

"I’m quite enjoying this actually. For once I'm in control," the Duchess said about her climb down the mountain, but got a little competitive after William attempted to scale the wall after he reached the bottom. "Not that we're competitive, but if he does that, then I'm having to do it too," she added.
The parents, who left two-year-old George and six-month-old Charlotte at home while they made their adventurous appearance, made sure to give back.
"It's been a really fun day and the couple had a great time," Mountain Rescue Chairman Mike France told reporters during the couple's outing. “William asked us if we could help some of their vulnerable children from WellChild, Child Bereavement, Place2Be and Centrepoint, which we were delighted to do."
