The brunette beauty wore the Lover's Knot Tiara to a Diplomatic Reception on Dec. 8, which was made famous by the late Princess Diana, who wore it on several occasions. It had been a wedding gift from the Queen in 1981, and this is the first time it's reemerged since Diana's death in 1997.
