When Kate Winslet reunited with her Titanic costar Leonardo DiCaprio at Saturday's SAG Awards, there was no shortage of tweets and memes shipping the duo and their decades-long friendship.
And during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live Feb. 1, the 40-year-old actress admitted that she's well aware of the excitement a simple hug between the duo will incite in fans.

“I know people always are so excited to see Leo and myself in the same space, which at the end of the day that’s so lovely isn’t it?" she shared. "It’s been 20 years, and people still get such a kick out of it."

Kate added, “It’s really quite endearing, and we do have a laugh about it. We were giggling about it last night. I was like, ‘Can you actually believe that people get so overwhelmed by the Jack and Rose thing?’"
A similar moment took place at last month's Golden Globes, which saw both stars take home awards.
