Wearing a beautiful one-shoulder Marni gown with a dramatic train, the 21-year-old model stole the spotlight on the red carpet, and eagle-eyed fans noticed a minor change in her appearance.

However, this is not the first time Kendall has rocked "grills." Earlier this year, she stepped out at London Fashion Week with two gold teeth, and fans were definitely divided over the dental upgrade.
