Kendra Wilkinson Spends Time With Her Kids Amid Split From Husband Hank Baskett
She’s depending on her kiddos to cheer her up! Kendra Wilkinson is going through a really difficult time in her marriage to Hank Baskett and judging from Kendra’s recent social media posts, the couple is headed for a split or even a possible divorce. But the Kendra On Top star is choosing to focus her energy on spending quality time with her two kids, and it seems like they’re helping to keep their mama in good spirits.
On Tuesday, Aprill 3, Kendra took to Instagram to share photos and video clips from her day with her eight-year-old son Hank IV — whom she shares with Hank, along with three-year-old daughter Alijah. But it was definitely a day for mommy-son bonding as they hit the slopes, snowboarding together and then hitting up a bowling alley.
Fans flooded the comments to give the mom-of-two some words of encouragement during this difficult time. “Be strong for your kids. Put your faith in God. Go to therapy. This too shall pass. We are all rooting for you. Love up on your kids,” one fan wrote, while another commented, “Stay strong Kendra you are a beautiful person inside and out.”
Kendra did seem to be in way better spirits than she did on Monday, April 2 when she took to her Instagram story to share a series of heartbreaking photos and videos of her crying, where she all but confirmed that she and Hank are headed for a split after nearly nine years of marriage. But even though Kendra is having a hard time coming to terms with the end of her marriage, sources revealed that her kids are the reason she made the decision to file for divorce. “The decision was made for her kids,” an insider revealed to Us Weekly. “She wants them to be in a healthy environment and that’s why she decided to go through with this.”
