Fans are freaking out over Khloé Kardashian‘s latest Instagram pic – and it’s all because of her face!

The 31-year-old shared a series of pics of herself embracing her inner alter ego KhloMoney, and while she was showing off her braids, the only things fans seemed to notice was her doll-like face.

“She looks like she’s had so much work done on her face,” one user wrote. While another added, “The top of her cheeks are filler or her nose looks smaller or both. Not that it’s a bad thing but I know something has changed.”
