Khloé Kardashian may have recently lost 25 pounds and got her body into the best shape ever, but that doesn’t mean she’s not human.
In an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest today to promote her and her family’s upcoming E! interview with the American Idol host, the younger sister of Kim and Kourtney talked about her weight loss.
“I definitely don’t deprive myself. I try to eat,” she told Ryan after he pointed out how hard she’s been working. “If I want to eat something, I’ll try to eat it earlier in the day.”

But sometimes that’s easier said than done.
“My problem is I go to a basketball game every other day and you don’t think, ‘Oh, let me just have a handful of that caramel corn.’ You really don’t think about how much it does add up,” she shared [listen below]. “You leave there at 11 p.m. — and sometimes Lamar [Odom] and I will go to dinner after. You just have to pay attention.”
She added, “So I try to eat better later in the day and if I want something sweet like a cookie, I’ll have one instead of eating a whole box of cookies.”
And Khloé knows it’s a work in process, “It doesn’t happen over night, but as long as you’re consistent, I think that’s the key.”

As Life & Style recently reported, Khloé explained that maintaining a workout schedule and eating in moderation were here keys to success when it came to dropping the weight.
“Khloé looks her best to day,” her trainer Gunnar Peterson raves to Life & Style, “and I’m sure she’ll be even better as time goes on.”
