TMZ also reports that the Dec. 5 birth was not captured for the series because Kim and Kanye want to keep the moment private.
In a statement on her website Saturday, the 35-year-old brunette beauty announced her second child's arrival, noting that "mother and son are doing well."

Kim and her 38-year-old hubby revealed their son's highly anticipated name just two days later, writing that baby Saint weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz., at birth.
Last week, the mother-of-two said she was still struggling to come up with a moniker for her little one, admitting, "All baby names I am hearing [I dislike]. We need to think of a good name. This is so hard!"
Fans have since gone crazy creating memes and sharing both positive and negative reactions to the name Saint.
