The clock is ticking until Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome their third child — so the couple made sure to finish their dream home just before the upcoming arrival. Kim and Kanye are expecting baby No. 3 via surrogate early next year, and to prepare they have finally moved into the Hidden Hills mansion they have been working on since 2014.

The $20 million house has been a passion project for the “Faded” rapper, and the West family, along with North, 4, and Saint, 2, is finally settled in, according to Us Weekly. Watch the video below for all the details on their new home!

Earlier this year, Kim and Kanye sold their Bel-Air home for $17.8 million and chose Hidden Hills to be closer to the Kardashian family. However, Kanye, 40, made sure to pull out all the stops when it came to renovating the space. “Kanye is obsessed with every single aspect of this house,” an insider told Life & Style. “He says it’s like a work of art and that there’s no detail too small for him to be involved in.”

The source went on to detail how Kanye ditched the pools in favor of a pond and redid the master bedroom five times in order to bring his “artistic vision to life.” The couple is controlling, to say the least — and that personality trait has made surrogacy a little tough for both of them.

“I think it is so much harder to go through it this way because you are not really in control,” Kim, 37, told ET. “And, you know, obviously, you pick someone that you completely trust and that you have a good bond and relationship with, but it is still… knowing that I was able to carry my first two babies and not, you know, my baby now, it’s hard for me. So, it’s definitely a harder experience than I anticipated just in the control area.”
