Kim Kardashian Makes Fun of Rob Kardashian’s Weight in New ‘KUWTK’ Episode

Kim Kardashian is at it again!

The 35-year-old has openly talked about her younger brother Rob Kardashian‘s weight gain in the past, and in last night’s episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians she made fun of how his tattoo has changed with his body.

The youngest Kardashian covered up his tattoo of his ex-girlfriend Adrienne Bailon‘s name with a portraiture of his other ex Rita Ora, which Kim says now looks like a Cabbage Patch Doll.

“He covered [Adrienne’s name] with a life-sized barbie doll of Rita that has now turned into a Cabbage Patch Doll,” Kim said laughing. “Have you seen it lately? It was like a Barbie doll and he’s gained weight and it’s like a huge Cabbage Patch Kid. Huge!”

Of course, the episode was filmed before Rob was rushed to the hospital and reportedly diagnosed with diabetes. We doubt Kim would joke around about something that’s caused serious health concerns for her brother now.
