Things are looking up for Kim Kardashian!
The pregnant reality star, who revealed last week that her son was breech, announced on Tuesday that doctors were able to successfully move him into the proper position for birth, which is head-down.

"So I wanted to give you guys an update on my pregnancy since my last post," the 35-year-old wrote on her website. "This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby."

She continued, "They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby."
Kim explained that she had the procedure done in an effort to avoid a C-section, which would cause doctors to have to cut incisions along her belly.

"There was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop—in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place," Kim explained. "I went in with my sisters and my husband [Kanye West]. I was prepared for it all!"
While the procedure was successful, the brunette beauty described it as "more painful than childbirth."
Luckily, Kim has less than a month to go before welcoming her son into the world!
