Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick should consider flipping houses for a living!
The Keeping Up With a Kardashians starlet, 34, and her baby daddy, 30, just sold their Calabasas, Calif., four-bedroom home for a whopping $2.975 million — $1.2 million more than what the couple originally bought it for four years ago.
The luxurious 5,400 square foot mansion, which Kourtney redesigned with celebrity interior designer Jeff Andrews, features a detached office/library, including built-in book cases and a fireplace, a gorgeous dining room with wine storage and breathtaking city views, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with four dishwasher drawers and a cappuccino maker.
In typical Kardashian fashion, many of the rooms feature a monochromatic look with colorful accents.
