You're not fooling anyone, Kylie Jenner. For the first time in weeks, the pregnant 20-year-old reemerged as part of a Calvin Klein campaign with her four famous sisters — but the brunette beauty kept her baby bump strategically hidden.

In one image, the makeup mogul masks her belly with a red and white quilt while her siblings show off their flat stomachs in white underwear. It looks like the photos were taken before Khloé, who confirmed in December that she's expecting baby No. 1 with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, began showing, though the 33-year-old does cover up with a blanket in one shot and in a one-piece bodysuit for another.

Kylie also wears a few high-collared shirts instead of posing topless or in a bra like the rest of her fam. A behind-the-scenes video taken on set shows the Kylie Cosmetics founder wrapped up in a quilt as the quintet plays a game of "Never Have I Ever" (spoiler: the girls didn't reveal anything we haven't heard before).

Sources have said the lip kit queen may never confirm her pregnancy. "She’s very happy about [it] but she doesn’t want to share this with the world,” an insider told Us Weekly. “Her not being out is strictly personal preference. She wants to keep this one aspect of her life private. She spent her adolescent life on television and has been famous for over 10 years now. If this is the first thing she wants to keep to herself, she should be allowed that. She’s worked hard enough to do whatever she wants."

A different source told Life & Style that while Kylie is thrilled to become a mom, she has hated gaining weight. "She feels huge… she's never felt this fat in her life," the source shared, adding that she's been asking friends for their opinions about her body. "They all keep telling her she looks great, she doesn't trust them. She thinks they're just saying that so she doesn't feel awful." Well, we hope to be introduced to baby Jenner eventually!
