Yes. Kylie Jenner — the younger sister of those three Kardashians. The young gal who applies way too much lip plumper (and probably a little something extra) and takes scantily clad selfies has made the list. (Forget the fact Malala is actually a Nobel Peace Prize winner — sexy teenage selfies are all the rage, people.)
We should mention that 18-year-old Kendall found herself sharing the title with these names, but at least she’s made a name for herself in the modeling world. We’ll give her that.
Naturally, people are pretty outraged the gals who “wrote” the page-turning young adult classic (sarcasm) “Rebels: City of Indra,” have been listed among so many respected young individuals.
