The Met Gala 2017 red carpet is well underway — and of course, Kylie and Kendall Jenner came to slay!

Kylie opted to wear a nude, custom-made, sheer Atelier Versace gown embellished with a floral design and featured long, beaded fringe. The 19-year-old is known for her many hairstyles and she did not disappoint — she paired her look with an edgy, white-blonde short bob.

“They sent me a bunch of designs and options, and fell in love with this one,” she told People, and said she loved the “waterfall effect” of the dress. “Everything she [Donatella] does is amazing.”

Kendall decided to go with a sheer look too but she pushed her style a little further with a more daring, revealing look. She wore a black-and-silver La Perla Haute Couture gown and even though the back was completely see-through, the 21-year-old decided to wear a black thong with the ensemble, People reported. She kept her hair dark and went with a bold red lip — and her sexy look she got a ton of attention, especially from hip-hop star Snoop Dogg! He commented on her post with a fire emoji and several clapping hands emojis.

The sisters both walked the red carpet separately and even though they’re very tight-knit, their fashion sense isn’t! They each had two very different interpretations of this year’s theme — which is Rei Kawakubo, who founded the label Comme des Garçons.

“Rei Kawakubo is one of the most important and influential designers of the past 40 years,” Andrew Bolton, curator of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, told Vogue. “By inviting us to rethink fashion as a site of constant creation, recreation, and hybridity, she has defined the aesthetics of our time.”
