The third episode of Season 5, which airs Oct. 10, is dedicated to the death of Cory Monteith and his character, Finn. In the 33-second clip that’s been released, it shows the students of McKinley High School setting up a memorial in front of Finn’s locker.

“The hardest word to say” followed by “is goodbye” appears onscreen as Lea Michele sings Bob Dylan’s heartbreaking song “Make You Feel My Love.”The video cuts to Kurt Hummel (Chris Colfer) having a hard time holding back tears after he puts on Finn’s letterman jacket.
But it’s Rachel Berry (Lea) sobbing and being consoled by Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) in the McKinley choir room — where they all bonded and rehearsed — that’s really emotional.

The video ends with a black and white picture of Finn.
“Filming the episode was incredibly emotional for the cast and crew,” a source tells Life & Style. “Everyone cried. He was loved on that set.”
Cory was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada on July 13. On Wednesday, TMZ obtained the final coroner’s report, which lists the cause of his tragic death as “mixed drug toxicity, involving intravenous heroin use combined with the ingestion of alcohol.”
