One day after her boyfriend, Cory Monteith, checked himself into a rehab facility for substance addiction, Glee’s leading lady continues to thank fans for their support.“Still so overwhelmed by all the love and well wishes we have received from you all.. my heart is so full,” she tweeted Tuesday, April 2, to her over 2 million followers.When the news went public that Cory, 30, would be seeking treatment, Lea, 27, issued a statement backing her beau’s decision.

Co-stars such as Chris Colfer and Kevin McHale also tweeted in support of her beau.At age 19, Cory sought treatment for substance abuse, remaining vocal about his demons in hopes that it would prevent others from following his footsteps.
