Lindsay Lohan Is Officially Going to Be in ‘Life-Size 2’— See Tyra Banks and the Rest of the Original Cast Today!

Okay, millennials, the wait is almost over! Life-Size 2 is happening — and Tyra Banks isn’t the only one planning to reprise her role in the highly anticipated sequel. On April 24 she revealed that she’s in talks with Lindsay Lohan, and all signs point to Casey making a grown-up return!

“Lindsay Lohan will be in Life-Size 2, yes!” Tyra told Steve Harvey. “I really, really want her to. We’re talking about it right now, and she has got to come back.” It sounds like LiLo is super excited by the idea, too. Earlier this month, Tyra told Buzzfeed that she slid into Lindsay’s DMs to make sure she’d come back. “I was like, ‘Yo, I’m producing Life-Size 2, are you down?’ And she was like, ‘I’m down to the down.’ Like, she’s so down!” she explained.

And don’t think that you’ll only see Lindsay for a split second. She’s in it to win it. “We’re working on the script now and I’m telling the writer I don’t want her to just have a cameo,” she added. “I feel like she was just as important to Life-Size 1 as I was, so I want her to have a role, at least three or four scenes. I think she would play herself grown up — like, Casey in Life-Size, [just] grown up.” We love that idea!

In the original Disney Channel movie, Tyra played Eve, a doll who was accidentally brought to life by a young girl named Casey, one of Lindsay Lohan’s first acting roles. Fast forward nearly two decades, and Eve is more grown up in a sequel Freeform is calling a “fun, edgy, modern Christmas movie.” This time around, Eve will help a young woman learn to live and love again while Eve experiences the ups and downs of real life herself.

Tyra, 43, opened up about the role and revealed she is excited to jump back into Eve’s bright shoes. “She’s more adult now, so the storyline is going to be more adult,” Tyra told E!. “It’s on Freeform which lets you know it’s going to be a little sexier, a little edgier, so a different Eve.” Life-Size 2 will premiere December 2018 on Freeform.
