<p><span></span>Speaking exclusively with <em>Life & Style</em>, <a href="http://dynamic.bauerpublishing.com/mt-search.fcgi?blog_id=2&tag=russell%20armstrong&limit=20&IncludeBlogs=2"><strong>Russell Armstrong</strong></a>'s business partner, John Indelicato, has revealed that Russell's body was found by his best friend, Francisco. "He was supposed to have lunch with a client on Monday, the day he was found dead," explained John, who worked with Russell at IT Trading LCC, a company that designs electronic trading systems. "When Russell wouldn't answer his phone, we sent his best friend Francisco to the house he was staying at [in Los Angeles] to check on him. Francisco is the one who found him. It's an awful thing."</p>
Yesterday, Russell, the 47-year-old estranged husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Taylor Armstrong, died in what the LA coroner's office has said appears to be a suicide -- and even his close friend John is blindsided by the news. "I saw him a couple of weeks ago," he tells Life & Style. "He came in the office, we had lunch and he looked fine. I couldn't tell that he was down. We talked about business. It looked like business was great for him; booming in fact."
But John says here was something that was really getting to Russell -- the end of his relationship with his wife, Taylor. "When Taylor left him, he became very depressed," he reveals to Life & Style. "He loved Taylor very much. He always said his wife was so beautiful. Taylor is a sweet, sweet lady. I feel sorry for her. We used to dine at their home. They tried to make it work."
In May, Taylor decided to leave Russell after seven years of marriage. "We've been working hard to say really positive things about each other to her and to share her as best we can. We've had a very amicable separation," she recently told Life & Style.
"He was a good dad," John confides to Life & Style. "He was there every weekend for all three of his children. Kennedy was the apple of his eye. I feel badly for his kids. It's a shame that he's gone. No problem is so big that you have to do this."
