"Kim had this amazing band, and they performed Pitbull's "Give Me Everything," an eyewitness tells <em>Life & Style</em>. "It was funny because Lindsay Lohan was there." The band also played many of today's top hits, including <strong>Adele</strong>'s "Rolling in the Deep." </p>
But just days before Kim and Kris' extravagant Montecito, Calif., wedding, reports circulated that the 25-year-old star filed a lawsuit against Pitbull for disparaging lyrics about her in his hit summer song: "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin', I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
In the lawsuit, Lindsay claims "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
And while everyone else got up and danced to the tune, Lindsay opted to sit back. "A lot of people got up to dance to Pitbull, but not Lindsay," the eyewitness tells Life & Style. "She really didn't dance at all. She sat chatting with her mom, Dina, most of the night."
