Single and oh-so-ready to mingle! Season 2 of Summer House is in full swing and fans are getting to know a whole new side of series star Lindsay Hubbard. As viewers are well aware, the stunning publicist previously shared a room with her now-ex-boyfriend, Everett Weston. But, these days, Lindsay is back on the market — and spent her last summer enjoying the perks of not being tied down while vacationing with her friends in the Hamptons.

In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, Lindsay opened up about her newfound freedom and the thrill of playing the field again. "I grew my wings back. Season 1 was very different from Season 2. I think as far as I’m concerned, I got back on the saddle! It’s what you can expect for someone who’s newly single,” she said at the Summer House Season 2 premiere party at Fishbowl at Dream Midtown in NYC on Jan. 22. “I love Season 2 because you get to see Lindsay in the raw, like how I really am.”

Though we’re only two episodes into the new season, it’s clear that Lindsay has a thing for new housemate Amit Neuman. “I think Amit’s very mysterious and I spend the entire summer basically trying to understand, like, ‘Who is this guy?’” the blonde beauty teased. “But ultimately, it’s like I know what I want and if Amit is going to fit into that mold, we’ll see.”

That mold, unfortunately, wasn’t easy for Everett to fill. “I think that at one point we were on the same page and then when we moved in together, I think that I quickly realized that I was further along in the relationship and he wasn’t. I was basically his first relationship. He didn’t really know how to act or what to do. And he’s a bro and I’m very strict,” Lindsay explained, detailing the reason for their split. “But at the end of the day, you take a step back and you realize that this isn’t working at this point in time. So let’s just go our separate ways and whatever will be will be.”

While she is having fun getting to know other guys, Lindsay will always hold a special place in her heart for Everett. Asked about the possibility of getting back together with the handsome U.S. Army veteran one day, she told Life & Style, “You never know,” adding, “We have a lot of mutual friends. We’re always going to be connected in some way, but right now I’m just enjoying the single life.”

Summer House airs on Bravo Mondays at 10 p.m. EST.
