<p><span></span><a href="http://dynamic.bauerpublishing.com/mt-search.fcgi?blog_id=2&tag=marc%20anthony&limit=20&IncludeBlogs=2"><strong>Marc Anthony</strong></a>'s painful split with <a href="http://dynamic.bauerpublishing.com/mt-search.fcgi?blog_id=2&tag=jennifer%20lopez&limit=20&IncludeBlogs=2"><strong>Jennifer Lopez</strong></a> didn't stop the singer from debuting his new line, the Marc Anthony Collection, at Kohl's in Jersey City, N.J. on Sept. 7. Jennifer is also promoting her own line, the Jennifer Lopez Collection, at Kohl's as well, but the two lines are separate entities. "I always had Jennifer as a sounding board and vice versa," Marc tells <em>Life & Style</em>. "I'm really happy about her line; I saw all the work that she put into it."<br />
"Marc and Jennifer announced their lines together because they were married at the time," an insider tells Life & Style. "But the actual business of it is separate. Marc and Jennifer won't have to work together going forward. They'll each handle their fashion ventures on their own."
After seven years of marriage, the pair, both 42, called it quits in July. But just two months later, Marc put on a brave face for Kohl's. "At the launch, he was joking around with everyone and really putting everyone at ease by making them laugh," another eyewitness tells Life & Style. "He didn't look like someone going through a split, that's for sure. He was talking about his kids and how everything's going great for him."
