Mariah Carey had quite the drama-filled week last week — but luckily she has hubby Nick Cannon by her side.After Mariah’s battle with American Idol co-judge Nicki Minaj during the Oct. 2 auditions, Life & Style caught up with Nick, who said that no matter what's going on in the couple’s lives, their 17-month-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, are their first priorities.

“You have to schedule family time,” he told Life & Style at the first Family Fun Day and Kuboo Launch in Santa Monica on Oct. 6. “You have to show that it’s a priority. You have to make it very important the same way we make sure that our careers are important and their schedule is important, too. And Mariah, who is currently traveling the country trying to find the next American Idol after she signed on the judge the 13th season of the Fox series in July, says her twins are nothing short of fantastic.“They're incredible,” the legendary songstress has said.
