Let us introduce you to 20-year-old Celso Santebanes, the young man who has dished out $50,000 on plastic surgery to look like Barbie’s main man.

He’s had four surgeries on his chin, nose and jaw to resemble something that can melt.

He’s also releasing his own line of Celso dolls [see main pic]. Take that, Mattel.
