“Forget what you knew about disability.”
Those are the words that flash on the screen in the beginning of Latvian singer Viktoria Modesta’s brand new video for 'Prototype.'
What makes her so special, you ask? She’s the world's first amputee pop star who’s kicking some major ass in the music industry.

Now at age 26, the beauty — who’s also referred to as the “bionic pop star” — has accomplished a multitude of things, including performing as the Snow Queen to a live performance by Coldplay at the 2012 Summer Paralympics closing ceremony.
And as her breathtaking new music video proves, she’s not letting her disability stop her from achieving her dreams.
Imagine if Lady Gaga and Katy Perry had a Swarovski-loving (wait until you see her prosthetic leg) music baby, Vicktoria would be it.
