Melissa McCarthy has reportedly lost 75 pounds and it's all thanks to her new workout regimen and diet. The 45-year-old's weight has fluctuated over the years – but this is the best she's ever looked!
According to OK! magazine, the actress found her passion for fitness while training for her movie Spy – and she's been exercising ever since.

“Melissa never expected to drop all this weight. She has no intention of losing any more, but if by following the same plan, it drops off, she’s not going to complain," a source told the outlet.
Celeb trainer and nutritionist Charlene Ciardiell has said that the comedienne's secret to success is interval training – "Hit the pavement or treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes, alternating between walking or jogging for a minute, then running or sprinting for a minute" – and a healthy diet.
