Melissa McCarthy looked super happy (and thin!) while walking the red carpet at the LA premiere of the CHIPS reboot starring Dax Shepard and Michael Peña.
The Oscar nominee wore a very flattering black-and-yellow ensemble from her own line, Melissa McCarthy Seven7, that highlighted her hourglass figure. She complemented the outfit with a killer pair of heels.

When asked about her impressive weight loss in 2015, the 46-year-old told Life & Style, "I truly stopped worrying about [my size]. I think there's something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked."
She added that her “super boring life” has helped when it comes to living healthier. "You bring it real down, you don't do anything fun and you go to bed at 7:30 — that's the trick," she explained to Extra.

The Spy star’s experience being plus-size in the entertainment industry led to her starting a clothing line called Melissa McCarthy Seven7. "A good portion of women in America are size 14 and higher. I just try to make clothing that'll make all women feel really good,” she previously told Redbook. “When I feel good about my clothes, I'm more patient with my kids. I don't beep at the guy in his car texting in front of me. I look at the world a little differently. The small happy moments add up. A little bit of joy goes a long way."
But, most importantly, she’s grown to love herself at any weight. "I feel sexiest when I feel comfortable, when I feel most myself, when I’m not trying to be anything other than who I am," she told People magazine. "[I love] all of it: my flaws, my shortcomings, my body parts that you're like, 'Well, couldn’t that be better?' I think, especially after having kids, I go, 'Well, the alternative is pretty bad. I’ll take me as I am.'”
