Former Bachelor contestant Shayne Lamas is mourning the sudden death of her mother, Michele Cathy Smith, who died on Saturday at the age of 60. The 32-year-old took to Instagram to share a heartbreaking message. “Mommy, it hurts me so much. Please help me with the pain of losing you,” she begged.

Shayne — who has two children with TheDirty.com founder Nik Richie — continued, “We miss you so much and you left so soon. Tell me what to do tell me what to do oh please so lost without you. I will always be your little Peanut Promise me mom.”

The Coroner’s office told Radar Online there was “no cause of death yet,” for the Leave It To Lamas star and that toxicology tests would be performed to determine the manner in which she died. The Coroner also told the publication that her body had not yet been picked up by her family.

The ex-wife of Lorenzo Lamas — who has been married five times — passed away on his 60th birthday. He tied the knot to Michele in 1983 before divorcing two years later. Most recently, the former soap star married Shawna Craig in May 2011 but sources revealed to Radar their marriage was on the outs too. “He has quite the history. He’s been married five times, including me,” Shawna said during an appearance Second Wives Club. “He’s got six kids he’s got to take care of and because of the divorces he’s got financial problems.”

Shayne appeared on Season 12 of the reality dating show and got engaged to Matt Grant. That same year, however, the duo broke it off. Michele is survived by Shayne and her brother, AJ.
