Miranda Kerr Pregnant — Expecting First Child With Snapchat Billionaire Hubby Evan Spiegel
Australian model Miranda Kerr is officially taking Snapchat selfies for two! The former Victoria’s Secret beauty has confirmed she is pregnant and expecting her first child with the founder of the social media platform Evan Spiegel.
Just six months after tying the knot, the couple shared the exciting news via a statement from their spokesperson. “Miranda, Evan, and Flynn are looking forward to welcoming the newest member of their family,” it read. This will be the second child for Miranda, 34, who is already a mom to six-year-old son Flynn from her first marriage to actor Orlando Bloom.
Prior to getting married, Miranda revealed that she was waiting for her wedding night to consummate her relationship with the Silicon Valley superstar. The couple dated from 2014 before announcing their engagement with bitmojis in 2016. “I don’t [use birth control],” she told The Sun of planning for another child. “Not until after we get married. My partner is very traditional.”
She continued, “We can’t… I mean, we’re just… waiting.” While her due date has not revealed, she has been very vocal about motherhood and co-parenting with her famous ex. “I’ll get Orlando’s schedule and link it up with my schedule and then we work everything out,” she told My Domaine. “Flynn is both of our priorities. He comes first. We’ll book the jobs around when he’s going to be with his dad. We plan pretty much a year in advance, and then we’ll do weekly plans.”
And Evan, 27, is more than ready to become a dad! He is getting tons of practice with Flynn — and the two have become super close. “Flynn absolutely adores Evan,” an insider told Life & Style. “Evan is fantastic with him. He enjoys spoiling him with expensive toys and play dates in the park. Being a father comes naturally to him, and he can’t wait to have kids of his own with his new wife.”
