Not everyone can obtain a model’s body like Miranda Kerr. However the Victoria’s Secret Angel is spilling on her diet and fitness plan so that we can learn how to be in great shape just like her!
For starters, she revealed she keeps sugar and wheat out of her daily diet and instead, sticks to a diet high in vegetables, meat, fruit and nuts.

Okay, so that might sound a little boring. But, she also adds eggs, sauerkraut, almond butter and Pavlova, a meringue-based dessert, and drinks green juices, protein shakes and various teas.
All of this sounds great, but what really helps her maintain her model figure is her daily 30 minute workouts, which include Pilates and yoga—a practice she has been doing for 15 years.
“I like to exercise every day but I mix it up. I may even just put some music on and let Flynn dance around while I hold the plank position for 10 minutes to strengthen my core,” she told Body & Soul magazine.
What?! 10 minutes in a plank? We’re lucky if we can hold it for one minute.
It seems like Miranda – who has been named by Forbes as the world’s second highest-paid model – is only flaunting her hot bod for work these days. And the only man in her life is her little three-year-old son Flynn.

“I'm really happy and content to just to be single at the moment and to be focusing on Flynn and my work,” she said in an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald.
Point taken, she may have split from Orlando Bloon in October, but right now, she’s not interested in looking for “the one.”
