It’s hard to believe that two years ago one of the most iconic pop culture couples split. Blake Shelton’s divorce from Miranda Lambert stunned pretty much everyone. And while both country stars have moved on with other people, they’ve remained relatively tight-lipped regarding their breakup. But, in a recent interview with Billboard, the blonde beauty opened up about the infamous split.
According to the 33-year-old, her feelings about the breakup have been right in front of us this whole time — on her latest album! "If you want to hear my side of the story or my opinion of what happened, it’s all on there," she told the mag in reference to her 2016 double-album The Weight of These Wings. "There’s no mystery anymore — take from it what you will."

Even though she spilled her emotions on the record, she made sure to clarify that there aren't any diss tracks, but each song allowed her to process how she was feeling. "I was like, ‘Let’s feel it all,'" she said. "I was ready to have the days where I can’t even stand up and the days where I’m celebrating."

Ultimately, the “Kerosene” songstress, who is now in a relationship with fellow musician Anderson East, revealed that she’s changed tremendously since ending her high-profile four-year marriage. "I'm more known for my fiery personality and my confidence, but that’s not me all the time," she said. "I won’t look at things ever again in the same light, because different things in your life bring you to a deeper level with yourself. I won’t take pain for granted anymore."
It seems as though Blake, who’s now with his Voice co-star Gwen Stefani, has moved on too. The duo just took a family vacation together and went fishing with the blonde beauty's three sons, Kingston, 11, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 3.
