The body positivity activist was shocked to find out that she was pregnant earlier this season because she struggles with PCOS — a condition that causes infertility and also caused her to gain more than 200 pounds since her diagnosis more than 10 years ago. She was also surprised when she broke the news to the expected father — her ex-boyfriend Lennie Alehat — because he responded in such a positive way.

But their excitement quickly turned to sadness when Whitney visited the gynecologist and tested positive again — only to be crushed afterward when a sonogram revealed only cysts and no baby.

She met with Lennie at a coffee shop to explain that she isn’t expecting his child, and the artist seemed heartbroken. He revealed that his sister offered to give them hand-me-down baby clothes and he was already shopping for cribs on Craigslist.
