Although the Modern Family actress did use their Venus Legacy machine back in August 2014 ahead of the Emmy Awards, she claims she did not give them authorization to use blown-up photos of her face at exhibition booths, trade shows and on the Internet.
Sofia has reportedly been battling the company for over a year while carrying on legitimate endorsement deals with CoverGirl and Head & Shoulders.
"Sofia personally prides herself on believing in what she sells and she talks about it genuinely," a source tells Us Weekly. "For someone to just slap her face and image on something that she doesn’t even like, she just feels like she’s cheating her fans."
