They’re already ready for their comeback! It’s been a while since The Bella Twins were in the ring together, but that’s all about to change because the WWE has confirmed that Nikki Bella and her twin sister Brie Bella will be making their return on the upcoming 25th-anniversary celebration of WWE’s Raw.

Nikki and Brie made an appearance on the teaser clip for the episode, which aired during Raw this week, and their names were listed as guests who would be participating in the celebration, including other wrestling legends like The Undertaker, Ric Flair, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Though it’s unclear what role The Bella Twins will play during the live special, fans are definitely excited to see Nikki and Brie make their return together.

The big announcement was made amid rumors that Nikki and Brie are planning to come out of retirement to make an official return to in-ring competition together later this month at the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble match. After the match was announced last month, Nikki and Brie took to The Bella Twins’ YouTube channel to share their reaction to the exciting news.

“Women just continue to keep breaking so many barriers at WWE and it makes me so proud of the women, like, I got so emotional and I got chills,” Nikki told the camera. “It’s so inspiring and motivating.”

Brie retired in 2016 after she performed her last match during Wrestlemania 32. Nikki has not wrestled since her Wrestlemania 33 mixed tag team match with John Cena last year — and the couple got engaged in the ring right after they defeated their opponents Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and his wife, Maryse Ouellet. But even though they’ve only been out of the ring for less than two years, Nikki and Brie definitely miss wrestling and they exclusively opened up about it to Life & Style.
