Leave it to Demi Lovato to tweet kind words to her BFF Selena Gomez in wake of the shocking news she secretly completed a stay at a rehab.
Though she doesn’t name the songstress directly, it's obvious the former X Factor judge's message is for her pal.
“Weakness is living in denial,” wrote Demi, who completed her own inpatient treatment for bulimia, self-injury, and “self-medicating” with drugs and alcohol in 2011.
“Only the strongest people ask for help.”

Selena, 21, has yet to comment on the matter, but did post an Instagram video of herself showing off her killer dance moves during a rehearsal on Feb. 5.
The beauty looks healthy and happy as she lands each move perfectly alongside two dancers.
On Tuesday, a rep for the actress revealed she voluntarily checked into Meadows, a treatment center in Arizona, on Jan. 5 -- but it had nothing to do with substance abuse.
As Life & Style reported, the brunette bombshell likely sought help for anxiety issues.
“She started having severe anxiety attacks while on set filming and just couldn’t handle the pressure,” a source on set of Selena’s risqué 2012 film Spring Breakers told the mag.
“The movie was pretty intense for someone like Selena. It was almost an NC-17 rating. I think she just couldn’t shake her bad girl image for the role.”
