Paul Walker’s mother, Cheryl Ann Walker, is doing everything in her power to try and gain guardianship of her late son’s daughter, Meadow, according to new court documents.
Weeks after it was revealed the Fast & Furious star left his estimated $16 million estate to his only child, Cheryl is allegedly seeking custody, claiming the young girl’s mother, Rebecca Soteros, has a serious drinking problem.
Meadow and Rebecca are already living with Paul’s mom, but his ex-girlfriend reportedly cannot care for her because of her alcoholism.

Reports claim Rebecca’s alcoholism drove Meadow to move from Hawaii, where her mother lived, to bunk up with her father in California.
