When you're at the gym, do you ever stare at the pictures on the wall of ripped individuals and think, "I'll never look like that?" (No, just us?)
Well now that dream can become a reality with very little work on your part thanks to photographer Benjamin Von Wong. The artist recently turned a group of ordinary people into pro athletes using only his camera, some fancy light equipment and a rain machine — NO PHOTOSHOP!

“I was visiting the offices of SmugMug when a conversation came up on how they were looking to fill up their gym with some black and white portraits of their employees working out,” Von Wong told BuzzFeed Life about how he initially came up with the idea.

“Participation in the project was voluntary and not everyone was planning on being a part of the shoot, but once people went back into the offices raving about their photos, others began to flock over to be part of the experience,” he shared.
And we don't blame them, given Von Wong was able to transform a 61-year-old grandfather of 12 into a cycling God and a working mom into a badass weightlifter — just to name a few!

“I think that people were quite blown away by the results — they’d never really thought that they could look so awesome,” Von Wong said of the participants. “They’d come to the computer, check out the images, and run back to shoot some more.”
Can we get in on that awesomeness?! Check out Von Wong's website for more great photos and check out a behind-the-scenes video below!
