Jessica Simpson’s second pregnancy is a whole new ball game.
The 32-year-old starlet stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday, March 6, where she explained how this time around is much different than the first — including her cravings.
“This pregnancy is the complete opposite,” the pregnant fashion designer says. “Like with Maxwell, I felt amazing. Like I could do everything, eat everything. Do whatever I wanted. I had a lot of energy. This time around … I’m like exhausted. Eating Tums. That’s my snack of choice.”

She adds, “The first pregnancy I like let loose and I kind of ate everything that I wanted to eat and I just really enjoyed it. This time around I think because I was doing Weight Watchers and I felt super healthy. I’m not really craving as much and I know how hard it is to get off so I’m trying to make healthier, wiser decisions."
Though it’s unlike anything she’s experienced, she and fiancé Eric Johnson couldn’t be any more excited. Jess says the duo are “happy” about baby No. 2 on the way and that they were “definitely extremely shocked” when they learned they’d be adding expanding their family only seven months after welcoming their daughter Maxwell in May.

“I don’t know, apparently protection was just thrown out the window,” the blonde beauty shared.
But Jess, who lost 50 pounds of baby weight on WW, says Eric loves her no matter how much weight she gains, “Apparently Eric still wanted me [after the first pregnancy] so … I can gain as much weight and I will have a husband-to-be that loves me.”
One thing she kept mum on? The baby’s gender. After Ellen presented her with two onesies – one for a baby brother, the other a baby sister – Jessica kept her lips zipped.

“I haven’t said what it’s going to be yet,” she said, to which Ellen handed her the brother one and responded, “Take that one.”
Jess simply replied, “If it’s a girl, she might call her ‘bro.’”
As multiple sources recently confirmed to Life & Style, "Jessica is having a boy and they are going to call him Ace or Acy."
