That's one happy mom-to-be!
After nearly four days in the hospital, Kate Middleton checked out of King Edward VII Hospital on Dec. 6. On Monday, Dec. 3, the pregnant duchess was admitted to treat Hyperemesis Gravidarum — a severe form of morning sickness.
That same day, St. James Palace confirmed Life & Style's report that she and Prince William, both 30, are expecting their first baby.
Clutching a bouquet of yellow roses, Kate was accompanied by her hubby, who's been by her side every day during her hospital stay, after checking out. And in typical Kate fashion, the brunette beauty looked stunning in a navy coat, purple scarf, black tights and black knee high suede boots. Moments before checking out, William arrived in a green Land Rover, wearing a blue sweater, dark jeans and brown suede shoes.
“She left the hospital smiling and looking in good health,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style.

The pair retreated to Kensington Palace, where Kate will continue to rest.
As Life & Style reports in this week's issue, on stands now, Kate and William are set to welcome the heir to the throne in July.
