"Next week is part one of the #RHOC reunion! A very pregnant me somehow sausaged myself in this @houseofcb non-maternity dress!" the 32-year-old captioned the pic.
This is the first child for Meghan and her sportscaster hubby Jim Edmonds, who has four kids from previous relationships. The blonde beauty previously revealed that the couple is expecting a baby girl.
The mom-to-be also showed off her changing body in a swimsuit, writing, "btw it took a lot of guts for me to pour myself into this pre-pregnancy bikini 30 lbs later!"
