As Life & Style exclusively reported, Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting twin girls in April. The little princesses will arrive just one month before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot on May 19 — and the engaged duo is eager to give Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and the new additions some cousins!

“Meghan can’t wait to have kids herself and jokes that being a hands-on aunt is great practice for when she and Harry have their own brood,” a source tells Life & Style. “Meghan and Harry talk about having babies all the time and think it’ll be so much fun for all the kids to hang out together.”

And they will no doubt be stellar parents. “George and Charlotte are always asking after Uncle Harry, whom they adore,” notes the source, “and they have really taken to Meghan, too.”

We can’t help but wonder if the former actress has gotten advice from her future sister-in-law during their recent girls’ nights out. “Kate has taken Meghan under her wing and is really looking out for her,” an insider previously told Life & Style. “She’s advising her new BFF on how to deal with what lies ahead. They’ve become super close.”

But Meghan’s new royal responsibilities isn’t the only topic the pair has discussed. “Kate has warned Meghan to watch out for Camilla [Harry’s stepmother], who is known to stir up trouble,” the insider admitted. “Camilla has already met Meghan and given her official seal of approval, but Kate’s told her to keep her distance.”

Harry revealed in his first joint interview with Meghan that kids are a priority for the couple. “Not yet no,” he told BBC’s Mishal Husain. “But I think eventually one step at a time and we’ll start a family in the near future.” We’ll be ready and waiting with our Union Jack flags flying!
